The Chairman and the Vice Chairman are elected to serve a two-year term to represent the interests of member churches. The Executive Director is a full-time staff responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and co-ordinating plans and programmes in forging collaboration, cooperation and camaraderie amongst Baptist Pastors and Leaders. He is assisted by the Executive Committee comprising of members elected to serve a two-year term.
