Purpose

This position provides leadership in the growth and development in the Christian Education ministry. This ministry focuses on Bible teaching and discipleship for all ages, and leadership training for youths and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement Christian Education programmes to provide on-going Bible learning, discipleship and spiritual growth opportunities for all ages.
• Plan, direct and lead leadership training programmes for youths and young adults to equip them for effective Christian service.
• Train, nurture and mentor youth leaders and workers.
• Provide skills training and growth opportunities for Bible teachers and workers.

Qualifications

A sense of God’s call to minister in Christian Education and Youth work.
