Rev. Dr. Bobby Lee has served as a pastor with Grace Baptist Church (Singapore) for 12 years, prior to responding to God’s call to step up and lead the Singapore Baptist Convention. His pastoral involvement includes shepherding the various ministries within the church; as well as direct face-time with many of the community stakeholders, halfway houses, the under-resourced and strategic partnership with individuals, churches and Mission agencies.

Bobby reaches out to the member churches in the Singapore Baptist Convention as a fellow pastor and as a lay leader, encouraging and exhorting the churches to advance the Gospel in Singapore and beyond, establishing linkages and networks that the city-state provides. He preaches regularly at various churches and mission agencies, with the goal of strengthening the unity and collaboration for greater impact for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Bobby was born and raised in Singapore. He holds a MBA from Strathclyde University, an MDiv from Singapore Bible College, and a DMin from Union University (Tennessee, US). He is happily married to Lydia, and they have 4 daughters, who are Millennials! He speaks various languages and dialects and reaches out to different ethnic groups in cross-cultural mission.
